As the world's largest startup accelerator and competition, MassChallenge has a unique program that pushes the boundaries of co-working and workplace design. In order to design for an environment with 125 different companies, in competition and collaboration with one another, Analogue Studio and MassChallenge developed SpaceHack -- a pioneering design residency. Through SpaceHack, Analogue Studio moved in with MassChallenge to engage the community in a collaborative and iterative process of design, testing, observation, and revision; using the MassChallenge headquarters as a laboratory to examine how work environments can be optimized for entrepreneurship.
